About the Firm

The core area of my practice is representing individuals (e.g., employees, executives, and partners) in all areas of employment and employee benefit law, including disability benefit claim denial, incorrect pension calculations, discriminatory benefit plan design, and workplace discrimination based on age, disability, gender, race, national origin, and sexual orientation. Most of my clients are employees or former employees with problems or claims relating to their jobs.
